NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency, NTA is expected to announce the NEET UG Result 2023 on June 15 or 16. However, there is no official confirmation from the testing agency in this regard.
NEET UG 2023 was conducted on May 7 at 4,097 examination centres located in 499 cities throughout the country. A total of 2,087,449 candidates appeared in the medical entrance examination.
NTA issued the NEET UG 2023 Answer Key on June 05. Candidates who were not satisfied with the provisional answer key had the option to raise objections against the same, if any, till June 06. Now, the National Testing Agency is all set to declare the final answer key and result after examining the challenges received from the students.
After the declaration of the result, candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to check and download their NEET UG Result 2023.
How to check NEET UG Result 2023?
Step 1. Visit the official website at neet.nta.nic.in
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the NEET UG 2023 result link
Step 3. A new page will appear, enter your application number and date of birth
Step 4. Your NEET UG result will be displayed on the screen
Step 5. Download and take a printout of the same for future reference
NEET UG Result 2023: Last year’s performance
Last year, a total of 18,72,343 candidates had registered for the NEET 2022 exam, out of which 17,64,571 appeared for the exam.
As many as 9,93,069 candidates qualified in the NEET UG 2022, posting a pass percentage of 56.27%.
