Bigg Boss 17: K- Pop sensation Aoora gets eliminated from the show; the former bursts into laughter as Salman Khan announces his name – Times of India
K- Pop sensation Aoora, who entered Bigg Boss 17 two weeks ago as a wildcard contestant became the recent one to get evicted from the show. In the latest episode, as soon as host Salman Khan announced Aoora’s name, the latter burst into laughter, leaving the host and the contestants shocked. He hugged each and every contestant and thanked host Salman Khan for the opportunity.Aoora also stated that ‘India is my second home, Jai Hindi’.
Aoora during his journey had differences with Ayesha Khan and even complained of being uncomfortable around her as she kissed him. Aoora bonded well with Arun Mashetty who was his translator in the house. He also got along with Chintu aka Samarth Jurel, Abhishek Kumar and Munawar Faruqui, Mannara Chopra and Ankita Lokhande. The K- pop sensation was quite famous for his hair colours. He kept changing his hair colours in all the episodes.
During one of the episodes, Aoora got quite emotional when he couldn’t understand Anurag Dobhal’s joke and cried profusely. Ankita Lokhande hugged and consoled him and calmed him down.
The K-pop sensation Aoora has been in the headlines and caught everyone’s attention in India, with his unique rendition of the late musician Bappi Lahiri’s iconic song, Jimmy Jimmy from the blockbuster film, Disco Dancer which releases in 1982, starring legendary actor Mithun Chakraborty.
For the uninitiated, Aoora was a member of the South Korean boy band Double-A and its subunit Aoora&Hoik. He debuted on September 4, 2009 with the song ‘Love Back’.
