NEW DELHI: South African pace sensation Lizaad Williams has been enlisted by the Delhi Capitals as a replacement for England’s Harry Brook for the remainder of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season.
Following his international debut in 2021, Williams has already showcased his prowess in two Tests, four One-Day Internationals (ODIs), and 11 T20 Internationals for South Africa.

In a statement released by the IPL on Monday, the league confirmed Williams’ arrival, highlighting his impressive track record.

The fast bowler joins the Delhi Capitals at his base price of INR 50 lakh, adding depth and dynamism to the team’s bowling lineup.
