According to a report in HT City, it’s been revealed that Akshay will make a surprise cameo in the upcoming horror comedy ‘Stree 2′, set to release on August 15.Akshay’s cameo was reportedly chosen for his impeccable comedy timing, expected to enhance a specific sequence in the Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer.

While details about the plot remain undisclosed, fans can anticipate a double treat as Akshay Kumar returns to his comedic roots in Stree 2.

Amar Kaushik will direct another film in the Stree series to wrap up its storyline. Aditya Sarpotdar plans to introduce vampires with Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna in Vampires of Vijay Nagar, aiming to start filming this year for a release next year. Additionally, there are plans for a sequel to Munjya and a crossover involving Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya, teased in a post-credit scene.
