‘Kalki 2898 AD’ set to release on OTT: Here’s when and where you can watch the Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Prabhas starrer – Times of India

‘Kalki 2898 AD‘ created a huge stir as it released and got in those huge numbers in India and even from the international markets. The Nag Ashwin directorial was loved for being so rich, technologically, and the way the film had a very futuristic approach to Mahabharat. Not to mention, a stellar cast like this, boasting of Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone and Prabhas is bound to create euphoria.After almost 50 days since it’s theatrical run, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is now set to release on OTT.
The film which released in five languages – Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam – will also stream on OTT in all these languages with English subtitles. ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is set to release on August 22, on Amazon Prime. Talking about this, Prabhas said, “Working on Kalki 2898 AD with a visionary director like Naga and an exceptional cast has been truly exhilarating. The film not only pushes the boundaries of storytelling with its blend of mythology and futuristic elements but also delves deep into the complexities of human nature. Set in a post-apocalyptic world in 2898 AD where nature has vanished and darkness prevails, this marks the first installment in the Kalki Cinematic Universe. The total collection of the movie so far, up till Independence day after completing 50 days is Rs 646.4 crore. Kalki 2898 AD is getting geared up for the second installment, whose shoot of 30-35 days has already been wrapped.
