‘Vedaa’ Box Office collections Day 3: John Abraham’s action drama crosses Rs 10.50 crore – Times of India

John Abraham‘s latest action drama ‘Vedaa’ is maintaining a steady performance at the box office, with its total earnings reaching Rs 10.50 crore by the end of Day 3.
According to early estimates by Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 2.40 crore on its third day, adding to its earlier earnings of Rs 8.1 crore over the first two days.
The film’s box office numbers, while not soaring, indicate a decent response from the audience.On Saturday, August 17, 2024, ‘Vedaa’ witnessed an overall Hindi occupancy of 17.57%. The film’s performance across various shows was varied, with morning shows seeing a 6.77% occupancy, which gradually picked up during the afternoon at 16.64%. The evening shows saw a slight increase at 17.38%, with the night shows registering the highest occupancy at 29.47%.
Directed by Nikkhil Advani, ‘Vedaa’ delves into intense and socially relevant themes, portraying the story of a Dalit girl who faces abuse at the hands of the upper caste. John Abraham plays Abhimanyu, a pivotal character who becomes a beacon of hope in her life. The film also stars Sharvari in the titular role, along with Abhishek Banerjee and Ashish Vidyarthi in key roles.
