Rajkummar Rao has given fans a special glimpse at a sequence that wasn’t included in the final cut of ‘Stree 2’, which is still captivating audiences and still earning a lot of money at the box office. The actor disclosed that this deleted scene is his favourite moment from the film.
On Tuesday, the actor shared the glimpse on Instagram. In one of the pictures, he is seen in a girl’s outfit and wig.He is wearing a shimmery mini skirt, paired with a shimmery red top and heels. In another picture, he is posing with the director Amar Kaushik in the same getup.
The actor shared the glimpse and wrote, “#Stree2 One of my favourite and funniest scenes from the film which didn’t make it to the Final Cut. Kya aap log dekhna chahte hain ye scene film mein? Aap sab batao? (Do you want to see this scene in the film) @amarkaushik”.

Even though it wasn’t included in the theatrical release, fans’ interest in this scene has grown, adding to the buzz around ‘Stree 2’. His co-star Shraddha Kapoor took to the comment section and wrote, “YES!!! Vicky please daal do do do do lo lo lo lo lo (please put this)”. Actor Vijay Varma also commented, “Hahhahaha I would pay money to watch this”. Producer Guneet Monga also penned, “Yess!! Will pay to watch this”. Actor Bhumi Rajgor wrote, “This was my favourite scene too when I saw it being shot live. The whole thing with the heel breaking and the wig fight”.

‘Stree 2’ is a sequel to ‘Stree’ and the second instalment picked off where the previous one left off. While the plot of ‘Stree’ (2018) centred on a female ghost who suffered injustice during her mortal life, Sarkata, its sequel focuses on a headless villain called ‘Sarkata’. The film revolves around Sarkata, who kidnaps ladies who have a voice of their own.
On August 15, 2024, ‘Stree 2’ was released in theaters with big Hindi movies like ‘Vedaa’ and ‘Khel Khel Mein’. ‘Stree 2’ is the latest offering from producer Dinesh Vijan’s horror comedy universe which also includes films such as ‘Bhediya’ and ‘Munjya’. It also featured Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana.
