Suspicious device made of ‘firework components’ deactivated by bomb squad in Florida casino – Times of India
A second suspicious device was located and safely deactivated at a casino in Florida by investigating and reviewing surveillance footage. The device was discovered following a thorough search initiated at the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa after the first was found, leading to an intensified security sweep, according to Fox News.
The Hillsborough County sheriff’s office bomb disposal team was called in to assist with the deactivation and removal of the device.The second device, made from ‘fireworks components,’ was discovered in a men’s restroom adjacent to the casino.
Authorities confirmed that both devices posed a serious threat, but quick action by law enforcement ensured the situation was resolved without incident. The investigation is ongoing, with officials continuing to review evidence and footage from the casino to determine the origins and purpose of the devices.

According to Fox News, all areas of the casino have since been declared safe and have reopened to the public.
