The film has earned approximately Rs 60.50 crore in just three days.
Despite this dip, ‘Sankranthiki Vasthunam’ maintained a solid occupancy rate of 63.65% on Thursday, with morning shows at 45.86%, afternoon shows at 66.99%, evening shows at 69.96%, and night shows reaching 71.78%.
Directed by Anil Ravipudi, ‘Sankranthiki Vasthunam’ features a talented cast that includes Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary in key roles. The film’s engaging storyline and Venkatesh’s charismatic performance have resonated well with viewers, contributing to its box office success.

The story revolves around Yadagiri Damodhar Raju, played by Venkatesh, a retired police officer who enjoys a peaceful life in Rajahmundry with his wife, Bhagyalakshmi (Aishwarya Rajesh). The plot takes a turn when a tech entrepreneur named Satya Akella (Srinivas Avasarala) is kidnapped upon his return to Telangana. The Chief Minister assigns police officer Meenakshi (Meenakshi Chaudhary), who is also Raju’s ex-girlfriend, to lead the rescue mission.
As the film continues to perform strongly, it is expected to enter the profit zone soon and could potentially become one of Venkatesh’s highest-grossing films to date. The positive reception has led to increased demand for tickets, prompting theatres to add more screens for the film.
