Dr. Mahendra Prasad Mahapatra, born on September 29, 1936, in Ertal, Odisha, pursued his education in Kolkata, obtaining D.M.S and M.B.S degrees. Renowned as an ENT Specialist, he served as a visiting physician at C.H. Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata. With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Mahapatra excelled as a Homeopathy practitioner and lecturer at a Kolkata Homeopathy College. His expertise spanned various ailments, including heart disease, diabetes, infertility, cancer, piles and other diseases. Dr. Mahapatra’s passing in November 1992 marked the loss of a skilled healer. However, he left behind a valuable legacy—in the form of this book enriching humanity with his profound knowledge and insights.

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A:Homeopathy is such a science which cures patients from the root. It has got no side effects. It is based on symptoms to make For every symptom of a disease there are atleast couple of hundreds of medicines, untill the physician is well versed with the correct symptoms and medicine, the treatment is not fruitful. Sadly the homeopathy physician of today is so influenced with Allopathy medicines that they donot want to gain enough knowledge regarding homeopathy medicine. In todays world there are so many diseases that can be easily cured by Homeopathy . Since the yonger Homeopathy doctors are not able to understand the right way to treat patients and cure them without using Allopathy, this book is written keeping in mind these problems. This book is written in simplified language and has been extensively referred from works of well renowned Homeopaths like Dr. Kent, Dr, Chowdhury, Dr. Tyler and others to help yonger Homeopaths to gain enough knowledbe and become a much better doctor.

A: This book has been written from consulting many Homeopathy books of different authors from different libraries in Kolkata.

A: This book was written in 1974. at that time I was 33 years old.

Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?

A: While writing this book I consulted many well known authors books and was really overwhelmed by the vastness of their research. This book is my own way of helping fellow Homeopaths to understand the science better and become much better doctor and cure patients more effectively.
