Exclusive interview with the author

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A:There are very few or almost no books in our subcontinent on the subject of Western Music History, this was the core reason behind the endeavor to put this book together.

Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?

A: This book will give you a very concise view to Western Music History right from the ancient times up to the 90’s, helping you understand what has gone by during the past eras to shape music into what we consume today. Every development significantly highlights the essence of music and the structure that is intricately woven into the fabric of society.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: It’s straightforward, taking you through a journey of the history of Western Music.

Q: How Long Does It Take You To Write A Book?

A:It took about a month to put the entire script together.

Q: Do You Try More To Be Original Or To Deliver To Readers What They Want?

A: All contents in this book are inclined towards giving the readers a brief introduction to Western Music History, since the subject is something that is barely touched upon due to a lack of infrastructure in academia, the drive was to be as original as possible.

Q: What Is The Most Difficult Part About Writing For You?

A: Keeping it short, since there is so much of information which is important for everyone to know.

Q:How Did Publishing Your First Book Change Your Process Of Writing?

A:The detailed book might very well go anywhere from 1200 -2000 pages easily and the idea was to reach the ardent musician and the music lover to soak in the essence of music history therefore keeping it short and equally interesting was imperative.

Q:How Important Is Research To You When Writing A Book?

A:It is an unavoidable process, making sure the information in the book is precise was a requirement since it is academia and not fiction is more than good enough reason to have the research done right.

Q: What Advice Would You Give To Aspiring Authors?

A:Don’t Stop, Keep Going ! Everything is beautiful in it’s time.
