About the Author:

Manish Upadhyay is a Growth Consultant, Peak Performance Expert, and entrepreneur. His highly interactive and engaging training method is incomparable. With extensive experience conducting training sessions, he can make people feel easy, happy, and comfortable. He is the driving force behind OPEN BOX Consulting, a consulting business and training firm he founded. He specializes in Peak Performance Coaching and High-Performance Team Building. The concept for this book was born from his successful workshop, “Brand in You.” Since beginning his training career in 2012, he has trained over 65,000 people individually or for various companies, including Ford, HDFC, SBI Life, Jubilant Foods and D.Y. Patil University, among many others. He’s conducted training not only for people in India but also in the UAE and the US. In addition to his business endeavours, Manish is actively involved with the Lila Poonawalla Foundation and the Indian Stammering Association as part of his Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). His connection with the Indian Stammering Association is particularly personal, as he overcame a stuttering challenge.

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A:I wrote this book for two categories of People: 1. People who are hungry for self-growth without even worrying about their skills, talent, background, or physical conditions. 2. People who don’t read books but love to read stories. I always wanted to write something for those people. And these people inspired me to write this book.

Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?

A: This book is a story of Mehul who was confused about his Career after graduation. As generally happens in Tier II or Tier III cities, students take help from their relatives and known ones. Mehul also searches for help for his Job. But he came in contact with Milind who is an expert in Unlocking People’s Potential. Mehul spends 3 days with Milind and it is the story of those 3 transformational days. It is Mehul’s journey of confusion, fear, acceptance, clarity, focus & growth.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: Everything that you see outside is an inner reflection of the inside. Every Big thing starts from inside. The outer world is just the replication of your inner world. And that’s why this book is written on Building Strong Unique Personality without compromising on your self-values. The book title aligns with the same thoughts.

Q: Was The Character Inspired By A Real Person?

A: Yes, It is truly inspired by Real Characters. All the characters, situations, incidents, learnings, and names are inspired by true events and true persons.

Q: What Do You Think Happened To The Characters After The Book Ended?

A: Mehul got to know about his core self during his journey. He takes more challenges in life. There is the surprise at the end of the book that how Mehul continues his journey of self-growth.

Q:How Long Does It Take You To Write A Book?

A: I started writing during Covid but formally, It took almost 9 Months to write the Book.

A:From My Participant’s Experience, Self-Observation & Reflections.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Greatest Ideas For Writing?

A: From My Work. I am blessed to work in the profession where I come in contact with so many people. I observed and understood them, and that helped to mold my thoughts.
