DUSU Election 2025: ABVP’s Aryan Maan, A Hansraj College Graduate, Wins President Poll

The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has nominated Aryan Maan for the position of student union president in the 2025 Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) elections.

Aryan Maan hails from Bahadurgarh, Haryana. His family is involved in the liquor business and has been active in Haryana politics. His late grandfather, Shrichand Mann, was the head of the Lova Satrah Khap for many years. His father, Sikandar Mann, is a notable liquor businessman and serves as the executive director of the ADS Spirits Private Limited liquor factory in Beri, Jhajjar. In the DUSU 2025 elections, the ABVP is leading in three positions. In addition to the president’s position, which Aryan is leading against NSUI’s Jocelyn Chaudhary; Kunal Chaudhary is leading in the secretary’s position and Deepika Jha in the joint secretary’s position.
