Actors Karthi, Sai Dharam Tej and other celebrities have congratulated Dhanush on his 50th film as an actor in Indian cinema. His 50th film titled Raayan hit the screens on July 26. Interestingly, the film is also his second directorial venture after the successful Pa Paandi. Raayan has been released in various theatres across the country. In Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, permission has also been given for special screenings. As per reports, Raayan released in more than five theatres in Puducherry. On the occasion of the release of the film, there was a lot of celebration among the Dhanush fans as Raayan marks the 50th film of the actor. His fans went crazy.

According to reports, a 50-foot banner was held in front of a theatre in Puducherry, with the names of 50 films featuring actor Dhanush on it. After that, crackers were burst, and the banner was anointed with milk. As it was Raayan’s 50th film in a row, the fans broke 50 coconuts in front of the banner. Apart from this, in front of the gate of the theatre, his fans danced with full enthusiasm.
