Mumbai Indians Team Squad 2026: Full Player List, Schedule & Support Staff – IPL 2026

Mumbai Indians (MI) is also among the most successful teams in the Indian Premier League. It has appeared in six IPL finals and qualified for the playoff stages 11 times, making them one of the most successful teams in IPL history, especially in the playoffs.

For this season, MI made five additions to the squad. The most notable was the return of wicketkeeper batter Quinton de Kock, who was part of the title‑winning campaigns in 2019 and 2020. He comes in alongside four newcomers Danish Malewar, Mohammad Izhar, Atharva Ankolekar and Mayank Rawat.

With these new players, MI rounded off a squad that that’s brimming with balance, belief and big-match energy.

The franchise retained most of its star players, including Hardik Pandya, Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Tilak Varma, Jasprit Bumrah, Trent Boult, Mitchell Santner and Deepak Chahar.

MI traded in Shardul Thakur from Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Sherfane Rutherford from Gujarat Titans (GT), Mayank Markande from Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and traded off Arjun Tendulkar to LSG.

Previously led by Rohit Sharma, the baton was passed to all-rounder Hardik Pandya.
