Bigg Boss OTT 3: Sai Ketan Rao Recalls Earning Rs 100 As Pamphlet Distributor – News18

Sai Ketan Rao was heard sharing details about his past jobs in Bigg Boss OTT 3, when he worked as a pamphlet distributor and waiter in a restaurant.
As the finale of Bigg Boss OTT 3 is just around the corner, many contestants are following the strategies of past winners, while others are winning hearts by playing genuine games. Sai Ketan Rao, known for his roles in Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali and Imlie, has been one of the standout contestants, who has often spoken about his journey to success. In the most recent episode, the actor was heard sharing details about his past jobs in a conversation with YouTuber Armaan Malik. He talked about his early struggles, when he worked as a pamphlet distributor, where he earned just Rs 100. On the other hand, he also worked as a waiter as well as cashier at a local Hyderabad restaurant.
Sai Ketan said, “I used to distribute pamphlets on the road in Hyderabad around 2012-13. They used to pay less than Rs 200-300. I would wake up at 3:30 AM and go to the distribution center. Either tell others to sit there or distribute the pamphlets myself. After that, I would go to the park and roads around 6 AM where people would come for a walk, I used to distribute flyers there. Many of the pamphlets were immediately discarded. Some people didn’t even look at them, they would just take them and throw them away.”
“At around 8-9 AM, I would return home. Later, I worked at a local restaurant in the Himayatnagar area, where I worked as both a cashier and a waiter, we used to switch roles according to shift timings. Sometimes I worked as a cashier one day and the next day, I would become a waiter,” he added.
Other than spending time with Armaan Malik, Sai Ketan Rao has formed a close friendship with actor Ranvir Shorey in the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house. Two are frequently seen discussing their careers and recently, Sai asked Ranvir to recommend him to filmmakers for web series once the show is over. However, Ranvir claims that he himself doesn’t have any projects. Despite this, Sai encouraged the Bollywood actor that he will find new opportunities and told him not to worry.
Reportedly, Bigg Boss OTT 3 finale is scheduled to happen in the first week of August. Apart from Sai Ketan Rao, Ranvir Shorey and Armaan Malik, the reality show also includes Lovekesh Kataria, Vishal pandey, Kritika Malik and Shivani Kumari.
