Chirag Paswan Fell in Love With Kangana Ranaut In This Film 13 Years Before Winning Lok Sabha Elections – News18

Chirag Paswan and Kangana Ranaut were two of the biggest winners of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024. While Chirag, the son of Ram Vilas Paswan, had a won in Hajipur with 53.3% votes. Representing the Lok Janshakti Party, Chirag received 6,15,718 votes, as per the ECI. On the other hand, Kangana Ranaut won from Mandi constituency. Making her political debut, Kangana represented BJP and won by 5,37,022 votes.

While supporters of the two political leaders are eager to see what they will bring to the table in Parliament, did you know that Chirag Paswan and Kangana Ranaut have already crossed paths in the past? Chirag and Kangana have worked together in a Bollywood film but unfortunately for them, it did not perform well at the box office.

In 2011, Chirag made his acting debut in the film called Miley Naa Miley Hum. The film starred Kangana as the female lead. The film also starred Punjabi actress Neeru Bajwa and Chak De India star Sagarika Ghatge. Directed by Tanveer Khan, the film revolves around Chirag who is an aspiring tennis player but doesn’t get support from his family. Instead, they urge him to get married and settle down. He informs them he is in love with named Anishka (Kangana Ranaut). The film shows their struggle against his parents and his efforts to stay close to tennis.

Miley Naa Miley Hum was his lone run in Bollywood. After the film flopped, he ventured into politics. Meanwhile, Kangana went on to become a big name in Bollywood. She went on to star in films such as Shootout at Wadala, and Krrish 3, before she delivered a blockbuster with Queen. Kangana continued her reign with Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi and Thalaivii before she ventured into politics.

Coincidentally, Chirag and Kangana will come under the same umbrella of NDA, owing to Lok Janshakti Party’s alliance with the BJP. This would lead to Chirag and Kangana to crossing paths in the future.
