About the Author:
Deepak Kumar, a native of Patna, Bihar, has always been drawn to the world of words. His journey with literature began early, fueled by a deep curiosity and an undying love for storytelling. Growing up in the historic city of Patna, he completed his schooling there before pursuing his higher education at the prestigious Patna College, Patna University, where Literature became his core subject. Currently working as a stenographer at the Accountant General Office, Patna, Deepak has never let his passion for writing take a backseat. Having spent years reading and absorbing the essence of countless literary works, he finally took the leap into authorship. Munmun, More Than a Crush is his debut novel—a heartfelt tale that blends youthful emotions, personal growth, and the bittersweet nostalgia of first love. Through this book, he brings forth a story that many can relate to, yet few dare to express. With this book, Deepak not only fulfills a long-held dream but also takes his first step toward a future filled with storytelling.

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?
A:The everlasting lovely teenage feel inspired me the most to write this book.
Q: Do You Try More To Be Original Or To Deliver To Readers What They Want?
A: I tried my best to be more original by writing as simple as possible.

A: Animal Farm, Gulliver’s travels, The Diary of a Young Girl.

A: This Book has a lot of feelings especially for the young students who wants to balance career as well as emotions.
Q: What Does The Title Mean?
A: The Title means a lot to me as it represents the genuine feel of a teenager who has crush over someone even after knowing that it is a mere cursh.
Q:Do You Have Any Suggestions To Help Others To Become A Better Writer? If So, What Are They?
A: Just write and don’t think about the grammar and other stuffs. If you have a good idea which you think will work, go for it.
Q: What Is The Most Difficult Part About Writing For You?
A: The most difficult part was to put the qualities of a teenager in a character like Romi and mould the story around it.
Q: What Does Success Mean To You? What Is The Definition Of Success?
A: If you are happy while doing some creative things. You are indeed successful.
Q: How Important Is Research To You When Writing A Book?
A: It is very important as the today’s readers want relatable content than a bulky one.
