Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?
A: The idea for “Life’s Coffee Notes” came from my own journey through life, and my love for coffee. The rich tapestry of experiences that life offers us is akin to the many varieties of coffee that exist. I was inspired to share these insights to help others navigate their own journeys more effectively.
Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?
A: The book is a compilation of short stories symbolised by different styles of coffee be it espresso be it cappuccino, highlighting the lessons we learn throughout life. It explores themes such as resilience, adaptability, balance, and the beauty of simple experiences, tied together with the metaphor of coffee.
Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?
A: I started writing this book being absolutely clueless about what it means to even express something. Writing the book was a pure process of self-discovery. I was reminded of the power of reflection, the importance of life balance, and the invaluable insights that we often overlook in our day-to-day experiences. Most importantly, I started looking at things way differently than I used to earlier.
Q: What Does The Title Mean?
A: The title “Life’s Coffee Notes” implies that life, much like coffee, has its flavors, aroma, and unique characteristics. It signifies that just like how we appreciate different notes in a coffee, we should also appreciate different experiences in life.
Q: Was The Character Inspired By A Real Person?
A: The characters in the book are inspired by real people, but their identities have been changed for privacy. They represent the various people we encounter in our lives who shape our perspectives and experiences.
Q:How Important Is Research To You When Writing A Book?
A: Research plays a vital role. Even while sharing personal stories, it’s crucial to back them with accurate information to add value to the readers’ experience. There were days where I would just go back to old pictures or even my diary looking for conversations that made an impact.
Q: Do You Believe A Book Cover Plays An Important Role In The Selling Process?
A:Absolutely! A book cover is like the first impression. It doesn’t determine the worth of the contents, but it certainly influences a reader’s decision to pick it up. Think of it this way, you are at an airport a book with a great cover might push a reader to at least take a glimpse – I would say that itself is an excellent start.
