Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A: I was inspired to write the book, after experiencing first hand the challenges employees struggle with communication and navigating workplace dynamics. I wanted to help others by providing strategies and insights to create a positive work environment.

A: Writing this book is a transformative experience. I had to relive many significant moments in my life and appreciate every learning I have received. The most difficult part is to translate and distill my experience into concise story for others to enjoy.

A: Yes, I believe the cover attracts people and the name of the book creates the curiosity to read the book.

A: My idea came from one of my former supervisor, unlike others he was the only one who actually mentored me and taught me how to deal with office dynamics and navigate office politics.
