Hundreds of pagers exploded across Lebanon, killing at least eight people in a coordinated attack. Hezbollah blamed on Israel. Iran’s ambassador in Beirut was among 2,750 people injured, including “more than 200 of them critically”, by the exploding pagers. The exploding pagers killed and wounded Hezbollah members, sources close to the Iranian ally said. Over 1,000 people, including Hezbollah fighters and medics, were wounded, Reuters reported. Health Minister Firass Abiad confirmed hundreds of people had been injured in the incidents across the country.
