Exclusive interview with the author

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A: I am deeply inspired by how previous generations lived content, balanced lives—raising families, nurturing relationships, and sustaining communities—with limited income, minimal resources, and no digital tools. They lived with simplicity, yet with strength and stability. Today, in the name of growth and development, we often create more chaos than clarity. We chase comfort but lose peace. We consume more but feel less fulfilled. In this pursuit, we’re not only exhausting ourselves—we’re also damaging the environment and weakening the very fabric of connection that once kept society secure. This book is a call to return—not backward, but inward. To rediscover the strength in simplicity, the power in awareness, and the security that comes from harmony with nature, not from control over it

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: Today, we have layers of security—but often at the cost of so much sacrifice, fear, and stress. The title questions whether true safety must come at such a price, or if there’s a simpler, more conscious path. This book explores that possibility through a yogic perspective.

Q: How Long Does It Take You To Write A Book?

A: It took me around 8 months to write Stress-Free Security—not because of complexity alone, but because I didn’t want to rush it. I wanted to allow the book to grow organically from what I was observing every single day.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Information Or Ideas For Your Books?

A: The inspiration for “Stress-Free Security” came through a deep, reflective journey—shaped by years of observing how stress and insecurity pervade our lives, from households and workplaces to institutions and national systems. I witnessed repeated patterns of fear, anxiety, and emotional disconnect, which led me to ask: Why do we live this way, and is there an alternative? This book took shape over eight months, not hurried, but slowly matured through contemplation and lived experience. It’s not just a book, but a vision—a call for individuals and organizations to build a life anchored in awareness, balance, and inner stability. These insights weren’t drawn from my life alone. They were also born from the stories and struggles of those around me—friends, colleagues, and loved ones—all facing similar pressures across different settings. Their experiences reinforced the urgency of a new, more conscious approach to security.

Q: Do You Have Any Suggestions To Help Others To Become A Better Writer? If So, What Are They?

A: My humble suggestion goes beyond just becoming a better writer—it’s about how we choose to live this rare and precious human life. We don’t know where we’ll be tomorrow, or in what form, but while we’re here, we must use this life to do as much good as possible. Every word we write, every idea we express, every product we build, service we offer, or project we lead—should uplift others mentally, physically, and socially. Our efforts should also contribute to protecting, nurturing, and sustaining the environment. I truly believe that what we sow is what we reap. Through this human life, let’s sow seeds of wisdom, peace, and kindness—across every medium and moment. And in this digital age, where a single message can reach millions in seconds, what a beautiful time it is to do good and inspire lasting change.

Q: What Does Success Mean To You? What Is The Definition Of Success?

A: To me, success is not just about achievements or recognition—it’s about living in alignment with nature, purpose, and peace. It’s breathing fresh air, eating naturally grown food, doing meaningful work that brings pride to the creator, and using this God-gifted body and mind with devotion and care. True success means living in an environment where consciousness is alive, and peace prevails—where our mental, physical, social, and financial well-being is not constantly disturbed. While this may seem difficult, I believe it’s possible to create. But most importantly, I’ve come to realize that success is never a solo journey. It’s never just my success. It is always collective—shaped by the people around us and the environment we live in. Every success story has many contributors, each holding a piece of it. There is no individual success—only shared success.

Q: Which Of Your Books Were The Most Enjoyable To Write?

A: As a co-author of “Master Key to Design Your Life,” this book holds a special place in my heart. Writing it was a journey of deep self-discovery, during which I found powerful insights into understanding people, the environment, and the society we live in. That clarity brought me a calm and peaceful mind—one that helped me navigate professional challenges with greater balance and holistic perspective. And truly, there is no greater blessing than a mind at peace, supported by divine grace.
