About the Author:

 I am Monisha Biswal, a passionate legal scholar currently pursuing a PhD and an Assistant Professor in Law. I’ve focused my research on vital areas such as cybercrime, medical negligence, and healthcare law. My work includes articles like Unveiling the Unbelieving Truth and Medical Negligence: Patient Advocacy and Awareness. Alongside research, I mentor LLB students, guiding them through their seminars and papers. Teaching, hosting educational programs, and continuously learning fuel my dedication to law, where I aim to make a meaningful impact through both academia and advocacy.

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A: The aspiration of me to make avail the knowledge of law to the everyday citizen and people affiliated with the law has inspired me to write this book.

A: This book is about the previous laws residing in our country and the current one.

Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?

A: I was able to delve deeper into the shifting scenarios of the executive and judiciary system of our nation.

Q: What Is The Most Difficult Part About Writing For You?

A: To have a reliable pool of comparison between the past and present.

Q: How Important Is Research To You When Writing A Book?

A: Research is a very important aspect during the process of writing, it not only helps me fact check the relevancy of the events but also keeps me motivated to write, by keeping my brain stimulated as I get to scour into the realms of infinite knowledge.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Greatest Ideas For Writing?

A: From our everyday life of socials to all the books, both offline and online I get myself to acquaint with.
