BJP Releases First List Of 99 Candidates For Maharashtra Polls, Fields Fadnavis From Nagpur South
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday released its first list of 99 candidates for the upcoming legislative elections in Maharashtra. Low-grade explosives were used in the blast near the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) School in Prashant Vihar area of Delhi’s Rohini on Sunday morning, according to a preliminary investigation. Sources told CNN-News18 that no splinter or timer was found at the spot. “First, the Delhi Police and local forensic team and later the National Security Guard (NSG) team carried out a thorough scrutiny of the area. ‘Escalatory Phase’: Hezbollah Fires 100 Projectiles Into Israel As Fighting Rages In Lebanon, Gaza
About 100 projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon into Israel on Sunday, days after Hezbollah vowed to launch a new “escalatory phase” in its war with the Jewish country. The Iran-backed group launched 70 rockets into Israel early Sunday. Hours later, Israel reported that 30 more projectiles crossed into Israel from Lebanon. This escalation came as fighting raged on two fronts Sunday as Israel targeted what it claimed was a Hezbollah “command center” in the Lebanese capital.
