Priya Thakur is embarking on her literary journey with her debut children’s storybook, Nova’s Little Friend. A new experience of hers as a storyteller, Priya has always been passionate about creating magical worlds for children. Priya grew up in city Hyderabad, where her days were filled with indoor games and nights with bedtime stories by her mother that sparked her creativity. She pursued masters in taxation from Osmania university and diploma in international yoga teacher training and dream of writing a book started in the year 2015. Inspired by many children story books at her story telling sessions and her experiences as a story teller and knowing the enthusiasm of kids for reading, Priya decided to write a story that captures the wonder and excitement of discovery. Her debut book is a heartwarming tale about affectionate relationship of a little girl and her dog. Priya lives in Hyderabad with her parents. When she’s not writing, she enjoys her professional life as corporate woman and as professor in past, baking, and exploring cafes. Priya hopes that her stories will make young minds to value the little bonds they share every living being and respect that relation for life. Shruthi K is a passionate illustration artist who specializes in creating enchanting worlds for children. Her debut book, Nova’s Little Corner, showcases her imaginative and whimsical artwork that brings stories to life with vibrant and captivating visuals.

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A:I’m a story teller to kids age from 2 to 10 years old at crossword book store and when I have seen kids who love reading and even imaginary skills made me think one day I’m reading stories for them why not I myself write a story for them and welcome to a different world of stories

Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?

A:Nova which means universe , like we have so many emotions and relations which we cherish but forget sometimes so our Nova will not only make kids know about different bonds but also the adults will cherish their memories from childhood from the story which connects each one of us.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: Nova is 5 years old girl and she got a little friend who is that friend you will jnow in the story , basically it tells about the bond and affection.

Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?

A: I learnt first time management, patience and most importantly focus on the right thing.

Q: What Do You Think Happened To The Characters After The Book Ended?

A:The character lives and tell more stories with different relationships and bonds.

Q: What Advice Would You Give To Aspiring Authors?

A: Writing is not old it is always new how you related with the readers and make a connection. Write and write until you fall for your story .

Q: How Did Publishing Your First Book Change Your Process Of Writing?

A: Being real and relatable not to be in too fancy world but make the reader either learn something from your writing or cherish about some memory they connect with.

Q:What Is The Most Difficult Part About Writing For You?

A:Difficult part is always the content as it’s not easy to come with a very unique line as our story will definitely come from some base and it might look similar but how you project matters and how you finally present it.

Q: What Does Success Mean To You? What Is The Definition Of Success?

A: I won’t define it rather i will show my work that is Nova’s Little Friend children’s book.
