About the Author:

Rajesh Kumar Sarawgi pursued commerce studies and obtained a bachelor’s degree with honors from Sidhnam College of Commerce at Mumbai University. He has an excellent academic record and possesses several professional qualifications such as ACA, ACMA, ACS, and LLB (General) acquired in the mid-1990s. He has spent over twenty years of his career holding various senior executive positions with prominent organizations in India and the Middle East, including Grasim Industries Limited, Hindustan Motors Limited, Essar Shipping Limited, among others. He has also served on the boards of several companies in Oman, including Oman Textile Mills SAOG, Al Khaleej Polypropylene SAOG, Tiffany Foods Limited, and Shafar Group of Companies LLC. Currently, he serves as a director in a specialized oilfield services company, Steamtech & Company LLC, in the Sultanate of Oman.

A:The challenges faced by students to achieve career goals in this competitive world.

A:I learnt that we all have dreams and to achieve those we should be positive and work towards achieving them through hard work and consistent efforts .

A: The book is based on true exeriences and comprises of short essays to motivate students with positive energy and strength to face real life challenges.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: The title means that every student has a dream and to achieve them he needs to be positive in life.

Q:When Did You Write Your First Book And How Old Were You?

A:Wrote my first book after 50 + , after having seen and faced the real world challenges.

Q:How Did Publishing Your First Book Change Your Process Of Writing?

A: After first book publishing realized the difficulties of reaching the readers and accordingly after that planned marketing so that I could maximize my readership.

Q: What Does Success Mean To You? What Is The Definition Of Success?

A: Success means maximum readership who could gain positive energy through this book!

A:It was a book written in English and the target audience has been students.
