The Kremlin says that the decision to let Ukraine use long-range Western missiles against Russia has “most likely” been made. Earlier, US President Joe Biden said he is “working” on the possibility of authorizing Ukraine to use long-range, US-made missiles against Russia. Kremlin also warned of “an appropriate response” if the US allowed deep strikes inside Russia with long-range ATACMS missiles. “To all these actions, the special military operation in Ukraine is the response,” said Peskov. Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Moscow should consider limiting exports of uranium, titanium and nickel in retaliation against the West.
