After bidding adieu to the entertainment industry in 2020, Sana Khan embraced a path of spirituality. She is now living a fulfilling life with her husband Mufti Anas Saiyad and their son, Tariq Jamil. Recently, Sana appeared on the latest episode of Rubina Dilaik’s podcast, Kisine Bataya Nahi, where she shared insights into the major decisions that have shaped her life.

Former Bigg Boss contestant Sana Khan reflected on her transformation from a simple girl in salwar kameez to a fashionista in revealing dresses. She shared how, after a brief period in the industry, she decided to return to square one and ultimately bid farewell to the entertainment world.

During her conversation with Rubina, Sana Khan talked about husbands who feel proud of their wives wearing revealing outfits while stepping out of the house. She said, “Har insaan ko acha lagta hai ki uski biwi modest rahe, haina? Kai baar main aise mardo ko dekhti hoon toh mujhe ajeeb lagta hai ki tum kaise apni biwion ko aise chuntu-muntu kapde pehena kar bahar leke chale jate ho? (Everyone likes it when their wife remains modest, right? Sometimes, when I see men like that, I find it strange how they take their wives out wearing such revealing clothes.)”

Sana Khan further emphasised that there should be a sense of self-respect among men regarding their partners’ choices in clothing. She said, “And you feel proud about it, and you say, ‘My wife is looking so hot’, and ek random ladka bhi aapki biwi ko bol raha hai ki she is looking so hot, especially jab wo chote kapde pehen rahi hai. (And you feel proud about it, saying, ‘My wife is looking so hot,’ while a random guy is also telling your wife that she looks hot, especially when she’s wearing revealing clothes.) And you are proud of it? Like there has to be some kind of self-respect. You know she is your woman.”

“You know, in 2019, that was the time I knew I am going to say bye to all this. That was the time I was doing something worse in my life, social media-wise. I used to think about what people are seeing on my social media, I am not that person in real life. I used to wear certain kinds of clothes and dance. I thought I was misguiding youth,” Sana Khan concluded.
