Exclusive interview with the author
Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?
A: The inspiration came from real emotions — love that was patient, loyal, and deeply human. I wanted to preserve a story that wasn’t about perfection, but persistence. It’s about how pure love endures, even when life and society stand in the way.
Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?
A: Those Crazy 7 Years is an emotional journey through love, distance, and destiny. It traces the relationship between two people who grow, sacrifice, and survive life’s storms while holding on to each other through faith, silence, and time.
Q: What Does The Title Mean?
A: The title “Those Crazy 7 Years” reflects the most intense phase of life, when love, dreams, and reality collide. Those seven years were chaotic yet magical, painful yet beautiful — the kind of madness that shapes who we truly become.
Q: Was The Character Inspired By A Real Person?
A:Yes. Every feeling in the story was lived before it was written. The characters are drawn from real experiences, from a love that once existed and still lives quietly in memory and gratitude.
Q: How Long Does It Take You To Write A Book?
A: The writing itself took nearly two years, but the story lived within me for far longer. It wasn’t written at once, it grew through reflection, emotion, and the courage to revisit memories that shaped me.
Q: Where Do You Get Your Information Or Ideas For Your Books?
A: Most of my ideas come from real life, from the quiet moments, the unspoken emotions, and the experiences that stay with us long after they pass. I write what I feel, not what I imagine. My stories are born from truth and reflection.
Q: How Many Books Have You Written? Which Is Your Favourite?
A: This is my debut book, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. It carries my emotions, my truth, and my transformation. No matter what I write in the future, this story will always be my favourite.
Q: Do You Have Any Suggestions To Help Others To Become A Better Writer? If So, What Are They?
A: Write with honesty. Don’t chase perfection; chase emotion. A story that comes from the heart will always find another heart to connect with. And most importantly, be patient, good writing grows through reflection, not rush.
Q: How Did Publishing Your First Book Change Your Process Of Writing?
A:Publishing taught me that writing is only half the journey; sharing it with the world completes it. It gave me discipline, humility, and courage, to not only tell my story but to tell it responsibly and with purpose.
Q: What, In Your Opinion, Are The Most Important Elements Of Good Writing?
A:Emotion, honesty, and simplicity. Readers don’t remember complex words, they remember how you made them feel. A good story speaks less to the mind and more to the heart.
Q: What Does Success Mean To You? What Is The Definition Of Success?
A: Success, to me, isn’t measured in sales or fame. It’s when someone reads my book and says, “I felt that too.” If my words can make someone pause, reflect, or heal, that’s real success.
Q: Which Of Your Books Were The Most Enjoyable To Write?
A: Definitely Those Crazy 7 Years. It was raw, emotional, and deeply personal. Writing it felt like travelling back through time, reliving the innocence, the mistakes, and the lessons that made me who I am today.
Q: How Important Is Research To You When Writing A Book?
A: For emotional stories, the research lies within human nature. I observe people, their reactions, their silences, their resilience. Understanding real emotions is my most important form of research.
Q: How does your Book Get Published?
A: After completing the manuscript, I approached a publishing platform that resonated with my story’s tone. The team believed in the emotion behind it, and that faith helped transform a private memory into a public journey.
Q: What Advice Would You Give To Aspiring Authors?
A: Don’t wait for perfect timing or perfect words, just start. Be honest, be fearless, and write what your heart wants to say. Stories born from truth never fade; they live in people forever.
