Once again, the actor has uploaded a new video where he shares the surreal moment when his son called him Abba for the first time. The video begins with Shoaib making birthday plans for his munchkin Ruhaan. Later, he decides to take all the children, along with his wife Dipika to the mall for shopping.

While all were busy with shopping, Shoaib and Ruhaan shared an adorable father-son moment. Shoaib held his little one and played with him in front of a mirror. Amid their playful interaction, Shoaib asks Ruhaan to call him Abba, and to his surprise, Ruhaan says the word and leaves Shoaib emotional. Shoaib can be heard saying, “Kasam se ye ek aisi feeling thi jo mein nahi bayan kar sakta. I think aesa feel mujhe life mein kabhi huya hoga jab Ruhaan ne mujhe Abba bola.” (Really, I can’t express this feeling. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything quite like it before.)

Later, Shoaib shared the moment with Dipika, the devoted mother also responded with a sweet reaction and was visibly thrilled to hear about it. The video concludes with the family enjoying lunch together.

Previously, in an interview with ETimes, Shoaib discussed his journey as a parent and conveyed that his son Ruhaan holds a special place in his heart. When questioned about balancing work and spending time with Ruhaan, the actor shared that he wakes up early to enjoy quality moments with his little boy. Moreover, when he yearns for Ruhaan’s company during work hours, he reaches out to Dipika, who promptly arranges for Ruhaan to visit him on set.

Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar’s love story blossomed on the sets of Sasural Simar Ka. Since then, they’ve been inseparable. They tied the knot in 2018 and a few years later, in 2023, they joyfully welcomed their first child Ruhaan into the world.

On the work front, Dipika has taken a break from television to focus on her new role as a mother. She dedicates her time to caring for her son and relishes the joys of motherhood. Meanwhile, Shoaib was last seen on the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11.
