Exclusive interview with the author

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A: We wrote The Growth Prescription because we were tired of seeing brilliant doctors and healthcare founders struggle, not due to a lack of skill or compassion, but because they were never taught how to grow a practice. Medical school teaches you how to heal, not how to build systems that sustain your mission. What we saw repeatedly across hundreds of clinics and hospitals was the same story: great intent, genuine care, but chaotic or inconsistent growth. This wasn’t a marketing failure. It was a structural gap. This book exists to bridge that gap with a system built specifically for healthcare professionals. One that’s rooted in empathy, driven by purpose, and aligned with the values that got them into medicine in the first place.

Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?

A: The Growth Prescription is a strategic playbook for healthcare professionals who want to scale ethically, systematically, and without burnout. At its core is the RBC² framework, built on four powerful pillars: Reach, Belief, Convert, and Community, a proven model we’ve used to transform over 500 healthcare businesses and drive ₹1000+ Cr in revenue. The book is packed with 10 real case studies, 14 proven growth frameworks, AI-powered tools, and a step-by-step roadmap to help doctors, founders, and teams build trust-first, system-led growth engines that are built to last. This isn’t about chasing leads or playing the algorithm. It’s about building belief, creating systems that last, and scaling your ability to heal—at scale, with heart.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: The Growth Prescription is a metaphor. Just like a medical prescription treats the root cause of illness, this book gives a prescribed system to treat the real disease in healthcare growth: the lack of trust, consistency, and sustainable brand building. It’s not a generic solution. It’s a carefully thought-out formula, backed by years of experience, created to help healthcare businesses thrive—without selling out.

Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?

A: Writing this book forced us to slow down and reflect on everything we’d learned in the trenches—from missed calls and poor conversions to brand breakthroughs and game-changing community models. We learned that the biggest shift healthcare brands need isn’t more tools. It’s more belief—in their message, their patient promise, and their long-term mission. And that belief has to be built before the first appointment. Also, co-writing it with three minds brought depth, challenge, and a whole new respect for collaboration.

Q: How Long Does It Take You To Write A Book?

A: This one took us over 18 months, end to end. From collecting field notes, structuring frameworks, testing them in the real world, to writing and rewriting each chapter—it was a process of deep work, reflection, and iteration. We didn’t just want to publish fast. We wanted to publish something lasting.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Information Or Ideas For Your Books?

A: Every insight in this book came from the frontlines of healthcare growth—working with clinics, hospitals, and founders on real-world problems. We didn’t pull ideas from theory or trends. We observed what worked, where people got stuck, and what systems actually drove change. That’s why this book feels less like a textbook and more like a mirror—because it reflects what healthcare professionals are actually going through.
