NEW DELHI: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper Faf du Plessis was on song on Monday as he broke the shackles against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) by smoking a 115 metres which went out of the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru.
The moment Faf packed the six out of the park the crowd present at the stadium went into a frenzy.

The incident happened in the 15th over of the innings when Faf dispatched leggie Ravi Bishnoi for a biggie past long-off region on the third ball.
But what followed on the next delivery was something unthinkable as Faf slammed one of the longest sixes of IPL. The ball was pitched short outside off and Faf held himself back before depositing it out of the stadium over mid-wicket region.

Faf soon scored a 35-ball fifty to lead the RCB run charge that included three fours and as many sixes.

Faf also reached a milestone as he completed 3500 runs in cash-rich league.
