However, did you know that the actors were not the first choices for the film? Yes, you read that right! The film was first reportedly offered to actress Lisa Ray, who dropped out of the shoot due to personal reasons. The film even got shelved for a while after that. Later, Dino referred Bipasha’s name to Vikram, which eventually led to her casting.
Interestingly, even Dino Morea wasn’t the first choice for the male lead in the film. The makers reportedly wanted to cast Anil Kapoor. He had never been in a horror film and denied the role he was offered. The next actor in line to take the role was Dino Morea.
Bipasha and Dino’s sizzling chemistry in ‘Raaz’ was the talk of the town when the film released. Bipasha bagged a lot of projects in this genre after the success of ‘Raaz’. She also starred in ‘Aatma’, ‘Creature’, Darna Zaroori Hai’, and ‘Alone’.
Bipasha is currently enjoying her motherhood. The actress welcomed her daughter Devi with her husband Karan Singh Grover in November last year. She unveiled her baby’s face to the world today, April 6, on her social media handle. Posting two adorable pictures of Devi, she captioned: “Hello world … I am Devi. #devibasusinghgrover”.
