SatyaPrem Ki Katha drops on OTT; here’s how to watch the Kartik Aaryan-Kiara Advani starrer – Times of India

Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani love saga SatyaPrem Ki Katha hit theatres on June 29 and was loved by the audience. Apart from the performances of its lead characters, the director Sameer Sanjay Vidwans was also applauded for tackling a sensitive issue with utmost sincerity.

After a successful theatrical run, the movie has now dropped on OTT. While its paid, rented version was available earlier as well, now the audience can watch the free version.

Announcing the same, a leading OTT channel wrote, “a love story that’s here to mend broken hearts and rekindle our faith in love 🤍”
While on the movie, Kartik’s character of a supporting and loving husband truly imparted husband goals.
Earlier, reacting to the film’s craze among audience especially women, Kartik had said in a statement, “I’m really humbled by the fact that Satyaprem Ki Katha has hit the 100CR overseas benchmark and continues to reach more and more people. This film will always remain extremely special to me and I am so grateful for the amount of love it got from audiences and critics alike. The female audience hailing my character Sattu, made it even more special. Though this is my 5th film to cross the 100 CRs worldwide collection, it just feels equally special and motivating each time to know that your work is reaching so many types of audiences, globally.”
Meanwhile, Kartik recently flew to London for the shoot of his next with Kabir Khan named ‘Chandu Champion’. He also has ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ along with a Love story which will be helmed by Anurag Basu, in the pipeline ahead.
On the other hand, Kiara Advani is having the best time in her career perhaps. The actress has seen a constant growth in terms of the projects that she’s a part of. Moroever, all her recent releases have worked very well with the audience. While ‘JugJugg Jeeyo’ did average at the box office, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ was a huge hit. This year, Kiara had ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ which is considered her best performance so far.

Talking about these consecutive hits, Kiara said in an interview that, it’s easy when one is making their way to the top. But, if someone is in a position where they’ve given consecutive hits, it’s definitely more challenging to sustain that. As a creative person, one doesn’t think about the commerce of a film. Talking about her own personal belief, Kiara approaches every film with all her heart and is very instinctive while choosing movies. Hence, she doesn’t feel like now she has changed in terms of making her choices. Her factors for choosing a film still remain the same.
