Television actress Rupali Ganguly has become a household name due to her performance in the popular soap opera Anupamaa. Recently, the actress visited the national capital and offered her fans a glimpse of her travel diaries on Instagram. The reason behind her visit is still unknown, but little we know is that it was just a one-day affair as Rupali is back in Mumbai.

On Thursday night, she was snapped at the Mumbai airport arrival. Several pictures and videos of the Sarabhai vs Sarabhai actress surfaced on social media in which Rupali could be seen clicking pictures with her fans and admirers at the airport premises.

Looking gorgeous as always, Rupali exuded elegance as she wore a traditional orange-printed silk saree. She kept her silky tresses open and accessorised her look with a statement necklace, a yellow band around her wrist and a white floral handbag.

Rupali is an avid social media user and often shares glimpses of her personal and professional life on social media. Before boarding the flight to Mumbai, the actress shared a few videos on her Instagram stories from the New Delhi airport. “Chalo Mumbai,” she wrote in the caption.

In another video, she was seen putting on the flight seat belt. “Car jaisi seat belt in Flight,” Rupali captioned the clip.

Earlier this month, ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, Rupali surprised her fans when she announced her political debut with the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his work, she earlier said, “The one personality that attracts everyone towards BJP is Narendra Modi. With his working style, personality and the way he has taken our country towards development, every Indian wants to join the Modi Sena and contribute to the country.”

Meanwhile, on the acting front, Rupali’s show Anupamaa continues to top the TRP chart every week. The show also stars Gaurav Khanna and Sudhanshu Pandey in pivotal roles.

Rupali rose to fame with her portrayal of Monisha in the popular comedy series Sarabhai vs Sarabhai. Later she also appeared in TV shows like Sanjivani, Baa Bahoo aur Baby and Parvarrish- Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi and more.
