Four Women Toppers From This UP College Will Receive Gold Medals From Governor – News18

The Maharajganj district of Uttar Pradesh is currently in the headlines for four students performing exceptionally well in studies. As per the reports of Local18, the four women are the students of Parmeshwar Singh Memorial College, which is located in Anandnagar, Maharajganj. Many institutions boast of multiple toppers, but here, there are four names in the list of the best achievers. These students have scored the highest marks among all institutions affiliated to the Siddharth University, reports stated.

Sonia Sharma became a topper in English, Parul Singh a topper of Pedagogy, while Kalpana Dubey topped in the subject of Sociology and Anamika Mishra got the highest marks in BEd. The achievers are going to be given a gold medal during the convocation ceremony of the Siddharth University, which will be held on October 1. Naturally, the four women are very excited to receive such an honour by their institution, commemorating their hard work and dedication to studies. The governor of Uttar Pradesh Anandiben Patel will be attending the convocation and is expected to distribute the medals.

The principal of Parmeshwar Singh Memorial College, Dr Ashok Bhartia spoke to Local18, praising the performances of the students. According to him, the students have performed “brilliantly.” The whole college fraternity is very ecstatic at the achievements of the four girls. They have wished the toppers all the very best for their future endeavours. The principal added that the four achievers have made their parents and family immensely proud with their hard work and they are an inspiration to other students.
