Exclusive interview with the author

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A: I wrote this book because my life taught me lessons that no classroom ever did. From growing up in a small village in Rajasthan to building a business in Tanzania, I realized that success is not about money, degrees, or luck — it is about understanding people, emotions, trust, and yourself.

Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?

A: This book shares the real lessons life taught me — about people, money, emotions, and leadership. It shows how understanding human behavior and mindset can transform your life and business.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: Mastering People Success begins with understanding human behavior — how people think, feel, trust, follow, and make decisions. Mastering Money- Money is not just numbers; it is psychology. Your beliefs, habits, emotions, and decisions around money decide your financial future. Mastering Business- A business succeeds not because of products alone, but because of Culture People leadership.

Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?

A: In normal everyday life, we see so many things — lessons, experiences, moments — but we rarely notice them while we are busy working, struggling, or trying to survive. Writing this book opened my eyes to those hidden lessons. It showed me the real book that was already living inside me. I learned that leadership is not an overnight achievement. You grow into a leader slowly — by learning every single day, from every person, every mistake, and every situation. Only then can you lead people wisely and with understanding. Writing also made me realize something powerful: somewhere in the world, someone needs the lesson that life has already taught me. And if my experiences can help even one person, then sharing them becomes my responsibility.

Q:Where Do You Get Your Information Or Ideas For Your Books?

A: My ideas come directly from real life the struggles, experiences, mistakes, and lessons that shaped me from childhood to becoming a business leader.

Q: Do You Have Any Suggestions To Help Others To Become A Better Writer? If So, What Are They?

A: To become a better writer, observe more, write honestly, practice consistently, and always write with the intention to help someone.

Q:What Are Your Top 3 Books?

A: 1. Do Epic Money 2. Zero To one 3.Atomic habit 4.Mindest
