HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?

• There will be two, two-minute rounds.
• Archers fire 30 arrows during the first round and 20 in the second.
• Participants can make wagers by picking a number between 0 and 99.
• They must anticipate how many arrows will strike the target.

Tickets are available at licensed counters and cost between Rs 1 and Rs 50. An archer can fire 30 arrows in the first round, but only 20 in the second. You must bet on a number between 0 and 99. Tickets for Rs. 1, Rs. 5, Rs. 10, Rs. 20, and Rs. 50 are available from the licensed counters.
