Since they moved to the UK on August 26, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry haven’t been seen on a public outing together. While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have had their own solo schedules, this is the first time they have gone out together in public for a quick lunch at a local pub.

The Sun reported that the royal couple was spotted for their first lunch outing together since the big move to the UK at The Falkland Arms pub in the Cotswolds. They held hands and were dressed in their casual best for a quick lunch at the pub.The ‘Suits’ alum opted to wear a black sweater, dark pants, and white sneakers. She finalised the look with a pair of oversized sunglasses. Prince Harry, on the other hand, wore blue jeans, sunglasses, a fall jacket, and a Santa Barbara Fire Department baseball cap. A statement from the outlet further shared, “Everyone here gets the royal treatment—it doesn’t matter who you are. We’re lucky to get lots of different people visiting us, and everyone is treated like a local. When they visited, Harry and Meghan just acted like locals.”The outlet also reported their lunch order at the bar, which cost around GBP 36, and consisted of gluten-free beer-battered haddock and chips with mushy peas and tartar sauce for the actress, while Prince Harry ordered chicken, ham, and leek pie with seasonal greens, mashed potatoes, and gravy.
