Exclusive interview with the author

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A: I wrote this book because I kept meeting people who were intelligent and hardworking, yet stuck in the same patterns of self-doubt, distraction, and emotional turmoil, despite consuming countless motivational quotes and videos. I wanted to create one practical, integrated roadmap that brings together the best of subconscious reprogramming, attitude, grit, emotional intelligence, and spiritual wisdom in a way that a busy, modern reader can actually live, not just admire.

Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?

A: Despertarse – The Unstoppable You is a journey through the inner architecture of transformation: your subconscious mind, your attitude, your focus, your habits, your emotions, your energy, and your sense of purpose. Each chapter combines psychology and timeless wisdom with reflection questions, affirmations, and practical action steps, so that you don’t just understand concepts like dopamine detox, self-discipline, emotional intelligence, visualization, and resilience—you implement them in daily life.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: “Despertarse” is Spanish for “to wake up,” and that is the heart of the book—to wake up from autopilot living and remember the unstoppable version of you that has always been there, beneath fear and conditioning. The subtitle, The Unstoppable You: A Journey to Self‑Mastery, Purpose, and Unlimited Potential, reflects the idea that true power comes when you align mind, emotion, habit, and purpose, rather than trying to force change from the outside.

Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?

A: Writing this book deepened my conviction that our outer results are simply mirrored effects of inner causes: the stories we repeat, the feelings we tolerate, the habits we reinforce, and the vision we hold. I also learned how powerful structured guidance is—when you pair reflection questions, affirmations, and small, consistent action steps, people can create surprisingly rapid shifts in their focus, confidence, and resilience.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Information Or Ideas For Your Books?

A: My ideas come from a combination of personal experience, the struggles and breakthroughs I see in others, and the work of great teachers I openly acknowledge in the book—thinkers like Joseph Murphy, Jeff Keller, Angela Duckworth, Eckhart Tolle, Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, and modern psychology and neuroscience research. I’m always asking, “How do I translate this wisdom into something a reader can practice today, with a pen, a page, and a decision?”

Q: Do You Have Any Suggestions To Help Others To Become A Better Writer? If So, What Are They?

A: First, write from lived conviction, not just from theory—let your pages be grounded in what you’ve wrestled with, practiced, and tested. Second, structure your work for the reader: use clear headings, reflection questions, and practical steps so that your writing doesn’t just sound good, it changes lives. Finally, treat writing like a habit, not an event—small, consistent sessions beat rare bursts of inspiration every time.

Q: What, In Your Opinion, Are The Most Important Elements Of Good Writing?

A: For me, good writing must be clear, honest, and useful: it should say something true, in simple language, that the reader can actually apply. Especially in self‑development, the most important elements are structure (a logical journey), emotional resonance (the reader feels seen), and practical guidance (reflection, affirmations, and concrete steps).

Q: What Is The Most Difficult Part About Writing For You?

A: The hardest part is deciding what not to say—there is so much I could include about mindset, spirituality, neuroscience, and performance, but the reader needs a clear path, not a library. I also find it challenging to continuously hold the tension between depth and simplicity: I never want to dilute concepts like subconscious reprogramming, emotional healing, or purpose, but I also want someone new to these ideas to feel guided, not overwhelmed.

Q: What Does Success Mean To You? What Is The Definition Of Success?

A: Success, to me, is inner alignment: waking up with a clear conscience, a sense of purpose, emotional steadiness, and the feeling that your daily actions reflect your deepest values. Outer achievements—money, titles, recognition—are meaningful only if they grow out of a life where your mind, heart, habits, relationships, and contribution feel coherent and alive.

Q: What Advice Would You Give To Aspiring Authors?

A: Write the book you wish someone had handed you at a critical crossroads in your own life—and write it as clearly and practically as possible. Don’t wait to feel ready; start with messy drafts, keep a disciplined writing habit, seek honest feedback, and always remember that somewhere, a real person is waiting for the exact sentence that will help them finally change.
