Epstein Private Jet Flights To UK Under Scanner: Were Girls Trafficked Via London Airport?

London Stansted Airport is referenced in more than 80 documents released by US authorities.

Epstein died in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges but investigations into his global network continue.
UK police are assessing information about private flights linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein that travelled through London Stansted Airport, after a massive release of US court documents triggered fresh allegations that victims may have been trafficked into Britain.
The police said it was reviewing material connected to flights in and out of Stansted, following the publication of millions of pages by the US Department of Justice. The development comes after former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown called for an urgent investigation, saying the files suggested women and girls were transported across countries on Epstein’s private jet.
Brown wrote in The New Statesman that the newly released emails contained a paper trail of visas, payments and travel arrangements pointing to trafficking.
“Among the many aspects that should sicken anyone looking at the emails is that 15 of these flights were given the go-ahead after his 2008 conviction,” Brown said, adding, “How the flights were allowed to continue should have been fully investigated.”

Stansted Airport Named In Dozens Of Documents
London Stansted Airport is referenced in more than 80 documents released by US authorities. One email from 2012 describes arrangements for a Russian woman to transfer between private aircraft at Stansted before travelling onward to the United States.
In another message, Epstein discussed travelling from Paris to London and then heading to Stansted by taxi to board a private flight. Stansted Airport said private jet operations are handled through separate terminals not managed by the main airport.
“The airport does not manage or have any visibility of passenger arrangements on privately operated aircraft,” a spokesperson said, adding that immigration checks are handled by UK Border Force.
Epstein died in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges but investigations into his global network continue. The newly released files are among the most extensive disclosures yet, shedding light on flight records, communications and alleged trafficking routes.
