On October 10, the Liberia-flagged tanker Olympic Spirit was struck by missiles and drones in the Red Sea, an attack claimed by Houthi militants. Located 73 nautical miles southwest of Yemen’s Hodeidah, the tanker suffered minor damage but reported no casualties. The Houthis claimed responsibility for launching 11 missiles and two drones, linking their actions to ongoing conflicts in Gaza. Additionally, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq conducted drone strikes against Israeli targets, reaffirming their commitment to supporting Palestine amid heightened regional tensions.
