The Indian Army jawans defeated Chinese troops in a friendly game of tug-of-war organised during a UN peacekeeping mission in Sudan

Indian Army jawans defeated Chinese troops in a friendly game of tug-of-war that organised during a UN peacekeeping mission in Sudan, Africa.

In the visuals shared by news agency ANI, the soldiers of both India and China can be seen getting involved in a fun tug-of-war competition.

India & France In Competition

Earlier on Monday, the Indian and French soldiers were seen getting engaged in a friendly tug-of-war competition in Meghalaya. The soldiers of both countries joined hands under a joint military exercise named ‘SHAKTI 2024’.

During the exercise, the soldiers of both India and France played a game of tug of war in Umroi, Meghalaya during the 7th edition of the Indo-France joint military exercise. The aim of the Shakti exercise was to enhance the joint military capabilities of both sides.

The seventh edition of the joint military exercise concluded on Monday at the Umroi Joint Training Node in Meghalaya. It is a biennial training event held alternately in both India and France. The last edition was held in France in November 2021.
