On October 11, Israel announced a review of claims that its troops injured four UN peacekeepers in Lebanon following explosions near the Naqura headquarters. UNIFIL reported the area was affected by explosions for the second time in 48 hours, leading to injuries among Blue Helmets. The Israeli military stated that their forces fired at a perceived threat near a UN post. Additionally, Italy protested against Israeli fire targeting its soldiers. Ireland and the UK condemned the incidents, emphasizing the rising risks to peacekeepers.
