Exclusive interview with the author

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A: I wrote this book because I saw how many people struggle with health by treating it like a fight. Diets, strict routines, and punishments rarely last. I wanted to share a different approach, one based on rhythm, compassion, and working with the body instead of against it.

Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?

A: The Rhythm Is Life is a guide to living in a way that supports your body’s natural systems. It’s not about quick fixes or extremes. It’s about small, repeatable habits like breath, movement, rest, nourishment, that add up to a life you can actually enjoy.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: The title points to the idea that life itself runs on rhythm. Our heartbeat, our breath, our sleep, our routines they’re all rhythms. When those rhythms are steady, life feels steady.

Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?

A: I learned that clarity and simplicity matter more than complexity. People don’t need more rules; they need rhythm. And I discovered that writing itself is like health, consistency beats intensity.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Information Or Ideas For Your Books?

A: I draw from a mix of science, personal experience, coaching, and observation. Research in physiology and psychology, along with conversations with people struggling with health, shaped much of this book.

Q: Do You Have Any Suggestions To Help Others To Become A Better Writer? If So, What Are They?

A: Yes: write consistently, even if it’s just a little each day. Don’t aim for perfection in the first draft, aim for clarity. And read widely; it sharpens your ear for good writing.

Q: What Does Success Mean To You? What Is The Definition Of Success?

A: For me, success is when my words make someone pause, reflect, and make a small change that improves their life. It’s less about sales and more about impact.

Q: How Important Is Research To You When Writing A Book?

A: Very important. I wanted this book to be practical and trustworthy. Research gave it depth, while my own experience gave it voice.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Greatest Ideas For Writing?

A: From observing everyday struggles, people trying, failing, and trying again to live better. Life itself is full of lessons if you slow down enough to notice them.

Q: What Advice Would You Give To Aspiring Authors?

A: Start small. Don’t wait for the perfect idea or the perfect moment. Write consistently, trust your own voice, and remember that rhythm matters more than speed.
