Elvish Yadav Arrested by Noida Police In Snake Venom Case, To Be In Judicial Custody For 14 Days
Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been arrested by Noida Police in a snake poisoning case. The case was lodged under provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and for criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, they said. Elvish will be presented in court in some time. As per latest reports, he will be in judicial custody for 14 days. The Noida Police will seek police custody in the next few days. READ MORE.
