The ad hoc division of CAS has extended time till 6-00 p.m. on August 11, 2024, for the Sole Abritator Hon. Dr Annabelle Bennett in the Vinesh Phogat vs. United World Wrestling and the International Olympic Committee to issue a decision. The reasoned order will be issued at a later date.

Olympics Live: Who is Aiperi Medet Kyzy?

Reetika Hooda will take on Aiperi Medet Kyzy of Kyrgyzstan in the Women’s 76kg quarterfinals. Kyzy, 25, won the bronze medal at 2023 World Championships in Belgrade. She also won the Asian Games gold medal last year in Hangzhou, and is also seeded number one in the 76kg draw.
