The actor has signed on to headline an upcoming Tamil crime thriller series that promises to lean heavily on emotion, psychology, and character depth rather than familiar whodunnit formulas.

The yet-untitled series will stream on Prime Video and is being positioned as a grounded, character-led crime drama. While it takes tonal cues from globally acclaimed shows in the genre, the makers are clear that the focus is on internal struggle and investigative pressure, not flashy twists or conventional procedural beats.
