Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A: SrimadBhagwadGita, the song of the God contains the essence of Upanishads and presents a true manual for life. Concepts of Vedanta seem to have been lost to the present generation due to the fast paced life. This book is an effort to refresh and disseminate the profound knowledge that we are fortunate to have received from the sages.

Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?

A: The book presents a concise summary of the basic concepts which need to be known by every spiritual seeker.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: Title means that although each and every word of the 18 chapters with 700 shlokas contained in this scripture is important, a few more important ones have been selected and presented so as to evoke interest in the readers and explore further.

Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?

A:I learnt that there is an inexhaustible treasure of knowledge available in our scriptures.

Q: How Long Does It Take You To Write A Book?

A: About 6 months it will take to complete.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Information Or Ideas For Your Books?

A: Reading अध्ययनम, Listening श्रवणम (attending discourses by masters), and Contemplation मननं (questioning and analyzing) are the three important sources of information.
