HOW DOES THE SHILLONG LOTTERY WORK?

1. There are two rounds of the game, each lasting two minutes.
2. In the first round, skilled archers aim thirty arrows, and in the second, twenty.
3. In one or both of these rounds, players can place bets on the number of arrows that will hit the target.
4. To represent your best estimate of the number of arrows that will hit the target, pick a number between 0 and 99.
5. In either round, participants can win if their predictions come true.
6. Those who want to play the lottery can purchase tickets from licensed stores for Rs 1, Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20, or Rs 50.

The amount wagered and the accuracy of the prediction decide the Shillong Teer lottery reward. For instance, you will get Rs 80 if you wager Rs 1 and accurately forecast the result of the first round. A correct guess of Rs 1 in the second round is equivalent to Rs 60. If a person correctly predicts both rounds and wagers Rs 1 on each, they can win up to Rs 4,000.
